Who can serve as a Qualified Individual?

A Qualified Individual must be an individual who:

1. Has the necessary combination of education, training, and experience to perform FSVP activities
2. May work for company, third-party auditor, foreign government – really may work anywhere
3. Must be able to read and understand the language of records under review.
