Under the Informal Entry provisions of the CBP Form 7523 “Merchandise Free of Duty”, an Entry is not required when merchandise is being hauled by the Importer themselves, the value is less than $2500 USD, and there is no duty. Therefore, an FDA PN is completed on the FDA PNSI website and the confirmation sheet accompanies the driver. In these cases, there is a FSVP Importer. Therefore, how may the FSVP Importer information be provided on the FDA PNSI website or comparable method?
