If FSVP foreign supplier performance evaluations are by site or location, does my farm need multiple performance evaluations for each location?

FSVP uses 21 CFR 1.1227 to define a Farm as “a primary production farm is an operation under one management in one general (but not necessarily contiguous) physical location devoted to the growing of crops, the harvesting of crops, the raising of animals (including seafood), or any combination of these activities.”

One foreign supplier performance evaluation will be sufficient if you meet the FDA definition of farm.
